The Challenge
Uber and Travelstart needed a fast, effective way to test a new airport shuttle service — and reach the right travellers at scale. Uber was still relatively unknown in the SA market but Travelstart had a grounded following.
The Solution
In partnership with DYDX, we helped shape the market-entry strategy through a blend of insight-driven messaging and agile execution. Our work focused on aligning Uber and Travelstart’s value proposition, rolling out targeted digital campaigns, and supporting the pilot with a unified, customer-centric narrative.
